What is the shipping process?
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. NOTE: Due to COVID-19 the shipping process may be delayed to 5-7 business days. Your tracking number will be sent to you at the time of shipment. Please note, if you order is placed after 5:00 pm EST your order will be processed on the next business day. All orders are shipped via Unites States Postal Service (USPS) which normally takes 3-5 business days. We require that you sign for your package upon delivery. If your order is time sensitive, please take the above order and shipping process into consideration prior to placing your order to ensure you receive your hair extensions in a timely manner. When placing your order, please make sure that your shipping address is correct to include apartment number/suite information for proper delivery by USPS.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is processed and shipped, an email will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of your purchase with the tracking number.
What is the return policy?
Due to Federal Health Regulations and the nature of the product, all hair extensions are final sales. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. The Mane Hair Bar™ has a rigorous quality control process to ensure that we are delivering only the best quality. However, if you receive an item that is incorrect or faulty, please contact The Mane Hair Bar™ customer service directly at info@themanehairbar.com.
